Ruff Studio was started in 2007 in Boston, by Artist & Designer Shane Ruff after a long time job as a Special Event Designer. As an artist Shane enjoys working in a wide variety of mediums, but his focus has always been on Screen Printing & T-shirts ever since his first business in High School designing and printing T's. His current line of T's called "BurlyShirts" was started around 2010 and is now available at select retail stores in the US, Canada, Australia and Europe. He also travels around the US vending at fairs and festivals about 10 times a year with his pop up T-shirt store. He designs and hand prints all of his shirts in his Southern Maine home studio in North Berwick. The shop is open by appointment only.
